MINDFUL SELF COMPASSION
Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) is being with ourselves in kinder and gentler ways.
Developed in 2012 by Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer, with whom Christine was honoured to train both as a program participant and teacher, Mindful Self Compassion (MSC) includes self-care practices as well as nurturing ourselves during times of personal suffering. The program is designed to cultivate self compassion skills for daily life.
As well as guiding the full MSC program, Christine is available to facilitate conversations and workshops about Mindfulness, Self Care and Self Compassion.
